About

Nabila White

Dr. Nabila White is a licensed professional counselor, entrepreneur, and mental health advocate dedicated to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality care while showing communities what healing, leadership, and freedom can truly look like. The founder and president of White House Health Systems, she has drawn on her extensive experience in addiction recovery, homelessness prevention, relationship counseling, and gender identity to build one of the region’s most trusted behavioral health networks. Under her leadership, the organization has guided more than 700 therapy journeys, maintained a 96% client satisfaction rate, and conducted more than 1000 sessions annually. By combining innovative solutions with a fierce dedication to patient and community advocacy, Dr. White is bridging the stigma around mental health care, breaking generational patterns, and empowering underserved populations to take the path to healing.

It’s a calling she has followed for more than a decade, having worked across sectors including acute, inpatient, outpatient, school, in-home, community, and private care. Through a personalized blend of therapeutic practices, she helps people navigate life’s challenges, discover healthier pathways, and build lasting change. And whether she’s working with clients, supporting future mental health professionals, leading behavioral health programs, or finding new ways to reach her community, she remains committed to creating environments for understanding, growth, and transformation.

Dr. White’s impact extends far beyond the traditional clinical sphere. An innovative developer, she created iCounsel, a stigma-free digital community and mobile application designed to increase access to mental health support, particularly for urban communities. The platform is scheduled to launch later this year. She is the host of the podcast Healed Over Heels, a space for authentic, critical conversations about emotional growth and healing, faith, and elevating your journey. And in the next few months, Dr. White will publish her first book and be featured on the TV show Women In Power.

Academically, Dr. White earned her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing from Berkeley College, her Master’s degree in School Counseling from Cambridge College, and her honorary doctorate degree from Rich University. She is also currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology at Walden University. Personally, she is a lover of travel and the devoted mother of two academically athletic daughters, with her family remaining at the heart of everything she works toward. Professionally, she has spent years pouring herself into her business, her team, and the communities she serves. Today, however, she believes healing also means learning how to pour into yourself. Through every conversation and business venture, she encourages others to pursue balance, embrace self-care without guilt, and build lives rooted in behavioral self-care, truth, and a deeper sense of purpose.

Whether counseling a client or building innovative mental health resources, Dr. White remains driven by one mission: helping people break free from stigma and pursue healing without shame. Because accessible, transformative, and holistic care doesn’t just change lives. It changes families, strengthens communities, and shapes whole generations. And for Dr. White, that’s more than just her professional calling; it’s the legacy of purpose she’s dedicated her life to building.
